The National Department of Health (NDoH) is one of the Principal Recipients (PRs) for Grant Cycle Seven (GC7) of the Global Fund to fight AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria. To effectively execute the grant, the NDoH has appointed seven Sub-Recipients (SRs), twelve NDoH lead implementors and two service providers to implement TB and HIV programmes across all nine provinces. The implementation period spans from 01 October 2025 to 31 March 2028, with an additional six-month grant closure period from 01 April – 30 September 2028.
One of seven SRs, Isibani Development Partners (Isibani), will be overseeing the appointment of a competent and experienced service provider to conduct an efficiency review of the human resources of the Global Fund PMU within the NDoH. Therefore, the PR seeks to appoint a qualified service provider to undertake this assignment over a period of 60 days.
